This Toscano Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from hand-picked olives grown according to organic cultivation processes. The olives are cold pressed within hours from harvest at our estate mill.

The fruity nose reveals herbaceous notes as well as hints of freshly cut grass. In the mouth, the taste is clean and persistent, with a moderately spicy finish. Ideal for soups, salads, bruschetta, raw vegetables with dipping sauce, roasts and fried food.
